  • Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer and exporter specializing in ladies' bras, panties, bodysuits, and corsets with 20 years of experience.

  • Can you customize bras according to my design requirements?
Yes, we welcome customers to provide their own design requirements. You can send us a technical package and our professional design team will work with you to ensure your creative design is  transformed into reality.

  • Do I need to provide original design documents or physical samples for custom bras and panties?
It is very helpful if you have original design files or physical samples, eg drawn into vector graphics. However, if you only have a sketch or a simple drawing, our design team can also communicate with you to ensure a clear understanding of your needs.

  • If the product I want is different from your catalogue, can it be customized?
Yes, it’s definitely possible. We specialize in both mild and full customization, making these our key strengths. As an experienced manufacturer of plus-size bras, we have a deep understanding of the needs of  this market. Additionally, we offer strong design capabilities and a well-established supporting supply chain.

  • What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for your products?
In addition to traditional mass customization, we now offer flexible customization services to cater diverse needs. We periodically provide in-stock and made-to-order services based on customer demand.
Ready Stock: Minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per style and color.
Custom Orders： Minimum order quantity is 3000 pieces per style and color.

  • How can I get a sample?
We can provide samples (1 or 2 sets). Customers are required to pay for the sample and shipping costs. The sample charge will be refunded when an order is placed.

  • What's the custom bra price?
The price of a custom plus size bra depends on many factors, including style, fabric, quantity, and the complexity of the custom request. Please contact our sales team and provide your specific requirements, and we will provide you with a detailed quotation.
  • How long does it take to receive the goods?
It takes 7-15 days for samples and approximately 30-60 days for mass production after receiving the deposit and confirming all designs.
  • Is it possible to brand the products with our own label?
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services.
  • What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T or L/C at sight.
  • How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is our top priority.We use a series of detection machines throughout the production process to control quality. Before shipment, our quality control team inspects each batch, and all raw materials comply with food-grade standards.
